Note-Taking November
The first day of November is upon us! I think we can all give thanks that 2021 is almost over... I have high hopes for next year and I am putting in the work right now in order to make those hopes and dreams become a reality!
The last two months of the year are so perfect for planning what's to come because it allows us to look back on this year and observe (hopefully without judgement) what we were unable to accomplish as well as the amazing things we were able to do! And then ask ourselves what we can change or do differently in order to make those goals a reality next year.
This month is going to be 4 weeks of digging deep and completing a few different evaluations as well as goal setting. I no longer want to wait until January 1st to set my intentions. I want to have the time to reflect and visualize those goals becoming a reality. Finding that sweet spot between realistic and optimistic.
So these evaluations are going to be about taking stock of where I am in my personal, relational, spiritual, and physical life. This isn't about judging or criticizing myself - it's about taking note of the current situation, setting goals, and making a plan for getting from A to B.
This past year has been a rollercoaster ride and I'm tired of just trying to ride it out and waiting for things to get better or calm down. I'm going to take the reins on this runaway horse and use the tools and knowledge we all have at our disposal in order to make some healthy changes and create the kind of tomorrow I envision for my life.
Do you do this at the end of the year as well? What does 2022 look like for you and are you interested in already making a plan to make it happen? I'd love to hear what your best year looks like!
If you would like to try making physical movement more a part of your daily or weekly routine, you can start in November! My class schedule has been updated and I am now offering tiered and donation based pricing so you can join me for some morning movement without breaking the bank! I would love to see you there!
Have a beautiful month with maybe some intentional reflection/planning for next year!
✌ Caroline
